Spring has sprung and its the start of a new year.

Under our By-Laws we must have an election of Officers at our June meeting, anyone interested in running for any office position, please contact any member of the E-Board.

Carrying over from last year are two new programs – Bruce Smyth came up with an e-mail reminder; there is a sign-up sheet that will be available to add your name and email address. A reminder is then sent to you about any upcoming meetings or news items.

The other program is Story Time by Mark Monroe and it is open to all members. Story Time is a small tale you wish to share about work or life experience. Please keep it short and clean.

At our April 9, 2024 meeting our speaker is Attorney Richard Rafferty from the Law Firm Eden Rafferty. Attorney Rafferty will be discussing Wills with a question-and-answer period to follow. Following our meeting the Law Firm of Eden Rafferty will be sponsoring lunch.

We are still working on our speakers for our future meetings, any ideas are welcome.

Teamsters Local 170 Secretary-Treasurer/Principal Executive Officer Shannon George would like to welcome any retiree to the regular monthly meetings. They are the first Sunday of the month at 10:00am at the Union Hall. Please note that general monthly meetings stop for the months of July, August, and September.
